Working with Rachel is wonderful. Rachel is firm, give clear instructions, precise, and always check on how my knees are. The results are amazing. Her recommended exercises are effective as my knees were unstable when I started my program and now my muscles are stronger. Thank you Rachel.

It's a simple story- I came to see Rachael with lower back pain/sciatica. She listened carefully to what I had to say about my problems, examined me, and then explained the issues and how they could be approached. She gave me appropriate exercises to do at home, and then she reviewed my progress every two weeks, adjusting the programme as time went on. Her treatment was efficient, kind and successful, I am now pain free. Highly recommended. thank you!!
