Professor Huw Thomas

Professor Huw Thomas is a Consultant Gastroenterologist currently working at the private practices The London Clinic and King Edward VII's Hospital Sister Agnes. His current NHS base is St Mary's Hospital, Lindo Wing, in London. His specialism is endoscopy and his areas of interest are dyspepsia, inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer screening and colonoscopy.

Professor Thomas attained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from University of London in 1982. He has undertaken medical training at Trinity College, Cambridge and London Hospital Medical College. He also has PhD and a Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians.

He is a Professor of Gastrointestinal Genetics at Imperial College London and St Mark's Hospital.
