Dr. Pratheek Chikkalur

Dr. Pratheek Chikkalur is an accomplished Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of upper limb conditions. Focusing primarily on disorders of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand, he delivers comprehensive and evidence-based care tailored to each patient's unique needs. His patient-centred approach combines advanced surgical techniques with personalised management plans aimed at restoring joint function, relieving pain, and improving overall quality of life.

Dr. Chikkalur completed extensive postgraduate medical training in trauma and orthopaedics, obtaining dual board certification. He achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Trauma and Orthopaedics (FRCS Tr & Orth) through the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, along with the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (FEBOT) qualification. To further enhance his expertise, he completed sub-specialist fellowship training at international centres of excellence, developing advanced expertise in upper limb reconstruction, keyhole surgery, and sports medicine.
