Miss Philippa Jackson

From the outset of my "journey" right through to my post op consultation Miss Jackson has been sympathetic, understanding but at the same time very honest & realistic in regards to my expectations & how I feel about my body. Because of this, the results of the procedure have met my expectations as I fully believed they would. I cannot thank her enough & words simply can not express our appreciation for everything that she has done (along with the team at Nuffield) not only for me but for my Wife too. We are forever grateful !

She is very thorough and articulate in her explanation about the procedure I'm having, which is very reassuring on my part. Miss Jackson’s ethics, as well as her well-publicised skill, meant she was the perfect choice for me to do my surgery. She talked me through everything, the risks and benefits, and gave me balanced, realistic expectations, which were fully met. Nothing was rushed or pushy. Another surgeon was willing to do a number of procedures at the same time and she explained why she wasn’t and that if that was what I wanted, she wasn’t the right surgeon for me. She wasn’t the cheapest, but she was worth every penny. As a person, she is personable and reassuring and very, very calm. Wonderful lady. The only thing that was annoying was the hospital’s tardy admin including a number of mistakes. Stressful. But that is her support environment and tbh - the results from a great surgeon are worth that. Don’t hesitate ladies. You won’t regret it.

My experience with Miss Philippa Jackson was very pleasurable. She has a lovely demeanor. At my first consultation she explained everything so well and asked if I had any questions as she went along. She was so reassuring whilst performing my operation making me feel at ease. During my procedure she made things as relaxing as possible and constantly kept me informed of what was going on. I have had a follow up appointment with her and again I got the same experience. I can’t thank her enough.

I found Miss Jackson very understanding of my reasons for having surgery. We discussed this at length which I found very comforting. She was extremely knowledgeable which I would expect but asked my view as well giving me options and explaining clearly the reasons for and against. I was so comfortable with Miss Jackson, that I was happy to go completely with her decision and was very confident with her decision. I am thrilled with the result. I couldn't be happier.
