Dr Philip Thompson

Dr Philip Thompson is a Consultant Radiologist. They have a specialist interest in Interventional Radiology, Gastrointestinal Radiology and Urological Radiology.

Dr Thompson trained in Clinical Radiology at University College Hospitals London and was appointed as a Consultant in 2004. They have always had a keen interest in training and helped to develop the Sussex Radiology Training Scheme from its inception. Dr Thompson has been Head of the Kent, Surrey and Sussex School of Radiology since 2013 and has sat on the Curriculum Committee and Specialty Training Board at the Royal College of Radiologists.

Outside of work, Dr Thompson enjoys travel, skiing and cross country running.
