I really felt listened to. I don’t have a straightforward issue, and I’m conscious of a lot of doctors ‘switching off’ or only selectively listening to the provided history, but I felt I had Dr O’Halloran’s full attention and the fact he was able to later quote back things I had said confirmed his attention to detail. The exploration of my issue was very thorough and a suitable plan for further investigation put in place. I found Dr O’Halloran attentive, interested and sympathetic.
