He undertook medical and neurosurgical training at Imperial College London, the Royal London Hospital, and Great Ormond Street Hospital. He then completed his higher surgical fellowship training at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery before being appointed there as a consultant, giving him a strong educational base alongside his extensive experience.
Mr Grover is a keen academic and has research interests in unruptured aneurysm management, AVM registries and biology, and Artificial Intelligence and technology applications in skull base tumour surgery. He a passionate educator and is currently course director for the Queen Square review course and London Brain School.

I felt Mr Grover was very informative. I felt he could be a bit more empathetic as I was worried about the procedure. Luckily the rest of the team in the Gamma knife department were very reassuring.
