I have seen Mr Bailey multiple times over the past few months regarding issues with both knees and he has been excellent to deal with. He is very reassuring, explained the outcomes available and been supportive. In addition, he has provided excellent care.
Excellent followup visit with Mr Bailey. I informed him of all the compliments I have had about the the very neat scar on my knee. Mr Bailey answered all my question and it's reassuring to know I can contact him if required in the future.
My appointment with Mr Bailey was excellent he explained thoroughly what I asked him and what he found at the time of my operation.
I had comple confidence from the start of this journey at the first consultation with Mr Bailey. I have been a patient for many years with various health issues, at Ross Hall therefore I knew the staff in all departments would be professional.
Professional consultant explained issue, showed in detail using my MRI scan. Offered two courses of action; explained both. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. I am confident that I am in safe hands for my operation and was assured that I would be able to resume exercise and the sport I play after a short period of rehabilitation following the procedure.
My ACL surgery went really well and I’m genuinely relieved with how everything turned out. The medical team was professional and reassuring throughout the entire process, which helped ease a lot of my nerves beforehand. The procedure itself went smoothly, and my recovery has been better than expected so far. Pain has been manageable, and I’ve already started making steady progress with movement and strength. Overall, I feel optimistic about getting back to normal and grateful for the care I received.
Attended for a final check. All went well and expectations were met. Feel like I have recovery plan and if anything changes can contact for advice.
Oliver is thorough and explained everything very well
I find Mr Bailey to be very professional and shows genuine care and interest in my well being and recovery.
