Ms Nim Ragbir

Ms Nim Ragbir is an experienced Senior Chartered Physiotherapist and Extracorporeal Focused Shockwave Specialist providing comprehensive rehabilitation and pain management care. With a background in musculoskeletal health, sports recovery, and chronic pain rehabilitation, she takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to treatment, aiming to address the root causes of physical dysfunction to support optimal functional recovery and improved quality of life.

In her clinical practice, Ms Ragbir combines modern therapeutic technology with established physical therapy techniques. Her clinical focus encompasses upper and lower limb conditions, spine and pelvic disorders, tendinopathies, bursitis, ligament sprains, sciatica, and fibrotic scar tissue. She creates tailored rehabilitation programmes that integrate Extracorporeal Focused Shockwave Therapy with manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, ergonomic advice, and stress management techniques to support long-term healing.

Ms Ragbir began her healthcare career as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist before graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2012 to qualify as a Chartered Physiotherapist. She enhanced her clinical expertise in 2017 by qualifying as an Extracorporeal Focused Shockwave Specialist. She maintains active professional memberships with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Health and Care Professions Council, and the International Society of Medical Shockwave Treatment.
