Claire is a thoroughly professional physio who quickly identifies the root causes of pain. She provides a rehabilitation programme that works. Highly recommend Claire.
Claire is very knowledgeable and experienced with a friendly calm manner. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel heard. I felt relaxed and comfortable in her care, and had complete confidence in her treatment. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and have in fact already done so to friends in need of physiotherapy. Thank you Clare.
I have been attending Claire for several years and my experience has been excellent.
Claire is fantastic and has helped me with several injuries over the years. She is so knowledgeable and able to dial down on exactly what my symptoms are. She always talks through my injury and describes what is safe to continue doing and what I should be avoiding, as well as giving me some easy to follow exercises. She has also previously referred me onto a surgeon when she felt that we were not winning with conservative management. I will continue to go back to Claire with any little niggles.
A genuine captain of industry, extremely knowledgable and capable with a no-nonsense approach to getting people back to fighting fit.
She is the most competent person i have ever had the pleasure of meeting and utterly professional, I have went on to recommend Claire to others and every time I get a call back from the person I recommended to thank me for the recommendation, just can’t say enough about this Lady
As indicated above, Ms Small is an excellent clinician and gives helpful and encouraging advice. I see her from time to time for review, which is followed by a tailor made exercise programme to do at home. I have found this approach extremely helpful . It allowms me to keep overall mobility, which greatly enhances my well being. I am very grateful to Ms Samll for her help over a number of years.
Claire provided a thoroughly professional treatment programme. She got to the cause of my issues and developed a personalised rehabilitation programme that has worked. I highly recommend her.
As I filled in the previous section , I have complete faith in Claire and have seen her for many different problems over a period of 30 years. Ie. Chronic muscular problems, adverse allergic effects from injections, injuries from a car crash( bruised ribs and whiplash) a series of slipped discs, chronic neck pain. Injuries from a bad fall down the stairs. She is the person I go to see rather then any Doctor. She is hugely knowledgeable and I never leave other then optimistic. She has iconic status in my family. She is very level headed and has a great sense of humor. Most importantly of all I would trust her with my life.
Fantastic clinician with specific skills in manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling. Claire's consistent results speak for themself!

PhysiotherapistI highly recommend Claire (and her team at Pure Sports Medicine) for her expertise in supporting women through menopause and midlife. Her knowledge in strength training and injury management, including pelvic floor dysfunction, is exceptional. I've collaborated with her to provide comprehensive support for women dealing with these challenges. If you're looking to enhance your strength training or manage issues like osteopenia, Claire's guidance can make a significant difference.
