From making first contact, to days after my appointment, my experience with Dr Nikki and the team has been excellent. I had regular contact with them and always felt like I could ask questions. I spoke to Nikki before my face to face appointment to go through options, and then during my actual appointment I did not feel rushed at all. Both Nikki and Lydia listened to me and were kind throughout. I left with a plan, I felt heard, and Nikki even checked in with me a couple of days afterwards. I would absolutely recommend this team for all things women’s health related.
