Dr Nighat Arif is a family doctor who specialises in women's health and family planning. She has over 11 years of experience as a GP in the NHS and a further 5 years of experience in private General Practice.

In addition to her busy clinical practice, Dr. Arif has made a significant contribution to medical research, publishing a number of papers. She also has written articles and contribution to a number of well-known magazines including British Vogue, Good Housekeeping and OK, with a particular focus on women's health and menopause.
During her career, Dr. Arif has also been a Lead Clinician for a residential Dementia centre as well as working for Oxford Mental Health NHS trust in general adult psychiatry and psychiatry of the elderly. He went on to be nominated for the Bevan Prize for Health and Wellbeing for her exceptional commitment to advancing wellbeing in her community; this is one of many nominations and prizes she has been awarded for her outstanding work.
