We saw Dr Richens in relation to a diagnosis for our 9 year old daughter. He put our daughter at ease straight away, asked lots of relevant questions and carried out the necessary tests before very clearly explaining his thoughts. At no point did we feel rushed or unheard and he explained all the options and next steps to us clearly and in depth. I would highly recommend Dr Richens to anyone who asked.
We recently saw Dr. Richens for a checkup for our 6.5 month old, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. Dr. Richens was very thorough, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. He took the time to check all aspects of our daughter’s physical development and made sure to explain everything clearly, which really put our minds at ease as new parents. He was gentle, attentive and even playing with her whilst he was doing what he needed to do, which made her comfortable and happy the whole time. It’s clear that Dr. Richens genuinely cares about his patients and we’re now feeling confident and reassured. Highly recommend!
Dr. Richens was nothing but professional and helpful when we brought our little one in. As a new mother, it’s easy to panic, but he put my mind at ease and took the time to explain what could be causing the issue. Nothing was too much trouble, he was incredibly supportive and kind throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
