Qualifications
Neil qualified with a Medical degree from Edinburgh Medical School, with an intercalated honours degree in Pharmacology.
He trained as a junior doctor in Scotland, the East Midlands and in New Zealand. During this time he completed a research MD degree, relating to the use of coronary stents.
He has worked in Middlesbrough since 2008 as an NHS consultant. He has a further postgraduate qualification in medical education.
