Rachel really cares, she's the first person I worked with that made me feel like she really listened. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice I received was so much better than anything else. I had advice on which tests could benefit me and what supplements to take, even on my husbands results. After 4 years with every previous cry for help falling on deaf ears, I wish I'd been to see Rachel sooner! I had seen Rachel monthly for about 6 months and I'm now 12 weeks pregnant. I can't recommend Rachel enough, even if you can't visit, book in a call as her knowledge is second to none.

I discovered Rachel after joining a recurrent miscarriage session she led for The Worst Girl Gang Ever. It was obvious she had developed a very deep knowledge on fertility and miscarriage. I've tried acupuncture with other practitioners in the past but never found it very relaxing (in fact I found it the opposite!), but after my 3rd miscarriage I decided to make the 30 minute journey to Oxted to give it a try again with Rachel. It was immediately such a different experience. Rachel took a much more holistic and comprehensive view on my situation, taking a "no stone left unturned" approach. She collected all my relevant history and all the test results I'd had done privately and took time to look through these, and explained if she thought there was anything concerning or anything that might have been missed. She then put together a plan and recommended next steps. Everything from supplements, lifestyle to tests and consultants. She was very knowledgeable on the top consultants in London/South East so it was really helpful to be able to discuss the different next steps with her and the avenues she thought were worth pursuing. She's often attending conferences or reading the latest research which just shows how passionate she is about helping others. The treatment itself has always been amazing, the setting is lovely and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm super comfortable - pulling out all sorts of cushions and towels to ensure I have the perfect set-up for the treatment. I felt working with Rachel was exactly what I needed after 3 miscarriages. She deeply cares about everyones journey, listens, empathises and offers great advice. It felt like I had someone on my side really rooting for me to be successful which is just invaluable when your going through tough times. I'm now 36 weeks pregnant with my triple rainbow baby and Rachel supported me through all the anxieties of the first trimester. I would have no hesitation recommending The Fertility Suite! I think the work they are doing is amazing.

I met Rachel during our third (and we had decided final) round of IVF. We had experienced 5 failed transfers and had one final frozen embryo remaining. I was very stressed and had almost given up hope. Rachel was without a doubt the best person I met on our IVF journey. She was so knowledgeable and gave such good advice, she helped me prepare not only physically but also mentally and helped me get into the best possible place for our treatment. In January, aged 44, I gave birth to our beautiful baby girl. I am so grateful for all of your help and I can't recommend you enough. Thank you.

I started seeing Rachel a year after I was first diagnosed with endometriosis. NHS treatment had not offered any respite and I was not at all certain I wanted a laparoscopy even if I was offered one. Endo was particularly difficult for me to deal with due to irregular periods. Most of my severe cramping occurred between ovulation and day one of my period. Rachel was able to get my periods into a regular cycle and her treatment also reduced the amount of clotting by a considerable amount. She was able to reduce the intensity and frequency of cramping and addressed a sluggish digestive system which led to less triggering of bowel adhesions. I might arrive at clinic in pain or discomfort and generally very uncomfortable but would leave relaxed, comforted and no longer in pain.

Our experience with Rachel so was helpful and positive. She was extremely thorough and professional and went into so much detail during our appointment. She gave us lots of golden nuggets of information that we could implement straight away to help us achieve our fertility goals. She has always been there for us after our consultation as well, if any further advice has been needed. We reached out to Rachel as we'd been trying to conceive for 2.5 years. In that time I'd also had a diagnosis of Endometriosis. We felt we'd hit a brick wall but Rachel gave us so much advice that we'd not had before. Highly recommend.

I decided to try reflexology with Emma after many years of trying to get pregnant, and then two miscarriages. I was looking for guidance and knowledge that I wasn't finding anywhere else. After a quick 6 weeks I fell pregnant, and I'm over the moon that my baby is growing well thanks to the help of Emma and Rachel at The Fertility Suite. The whole experience was convenient, relaxed and I felt very understood and supported the whole time. Thank you!

Rachel and her team are all extremely warm, welcoming, professional and highly talented. I came to Rachel while going through IVF, she didn't only support me with acupuncture but also with advice and other tests. She really understood my protocol and all the other meds I was on. I felt supported and listened to throughout. I'm now 18 weeks pregnant and can confidently say Rachel played a part in this.

I only had one face to face appointment with Rachel which was the initial consulatation to talk through how Rachel and her team could assist me in reaching my pregnancy goal. Rachel was professional, very knowledgable and made me feel really at ease. It was great to feel that there was somebody who understood me and could guide me on my journey. Rachel has also been great to contact via email during my time with The Fertility Suite.
