Jane Olver is an amazing specialist, Jane is so kind, friendly, professional and has such a wealth of experience in her field. I went to Jane regarding my watery eye(s), right being the worse and Jane diagnosed that I required a DCR, which Jane performed back in May 2021. I was very nervous, but Jane explained everything clearly to me and reassured me on the morning of the procedure and I can honestly say it could not have gone any better, I awoke in recovery shocked how well I actually felt and went home the same day. My eye(s) have not watered since and I feel so much better from having this procedure done. The staff who looked after me on the day were excellent as well, plus Sophie at Clinca London so efficient and professional. Overall experience with Jane outstanding.
