Excellent service and competent treatment

Jane is the warmest, kindest, professional person and just makes you feel at ease the minute you meet her. Jane is polite, explains everything that is going to happen to you, listens to your concerns or worries and answers all your questions. Jane is so skilled in her field and after my DCR procedure I can truly say that I am recovering so well because of Jane's expertise.

The first consultation I had with Ms. Olver about my ptosis correction put me immediately at ease. She took her time to carry out several tests on my eyes and went through them all with me, explained the procedure simply and answered all the questions I had. The day of the procedure itself was just as easy. I arrived and was taken well care of, the nurses were great and the procedure went smoothly and after a brief sit down in a lovely recovery room i was able to go home. The clinic was clean, social distancing followed and staff were wearing masks throughout. My recovery was quick, had some mild ache and discomfort on my eye for a couple of days and bruising which faded completely after a couple of weeks. I'm extremely pleased with the results of my ptosis correction, the eyelid that was 'droopy' is now much more open and evenly matched with the other eye.

My consultation was a totally comfortable experience for me. Jane Olver was entirely professional - she explained what was needed in simple and efficient terms, inviting me to ask my own questions to which she responded readily and in her usual very pleasant manner.

Extremely kind, sympathetic, clear, efficient. Ms Olver was able to make an instant diagnosis of my problem and eased my extreme anxiety about my Thyroid Eye Disease, and has given me a plan of treatment. The only issue I have as an elderly unwell person is access; the many stairs in these old buildings.

I went for a consultation with Jane as I was distressed to resolve my issue with tears pouring out of my left eye, after a a perplexing Bells Palsy drawback 4 months ago .Upon examination she suggested a corrective eyelid surgery . The whole process was first-rate and I was looked after so well . The surgery was extraordinarily swift, entirely effortless and the recovery from the procedure has been an absolute breeze The staff were so welcoming, patient and exceptionally proficient and well-organized. Jane Olver is a complete pro. Superbly skilled, steady and all with a warm manner. She has an eagle eye and excellent judgment and discretion.
