I was most impressed by the professional service provided by Jane and her team. From the moment I walked in the door I felt relaxed. Jane spoke me through everything I was going to experience and made me feel very much at ease. Not only was the procedure pain and stress free but the results are impeccable. I am so happy with my entire experience at Clinica and with Jane as my Ophthalmologist.

I was very impressed by Ms. Olver . She was excellent . Looked after me very well at such short notice.

I would have spent more time looking at the eye, doing a full exam and showing me, how to do the eye massage needed. The more details and description then better. But overall received excellent care. Also, I think follow up appointments are always good, to ensure patient is completely cleared.

My appointment with Ms Olver was much better and more thorough than a previous dry eye doctor I had already seen. I was not happy with his one size fits all method, he gave me drops, ointment and sent me away saying if it gets worse we can use other drops or punctal plugs! Jane told me how to clean my eyes, checked I was taking omega 3 and also gave me a steroid drop to take the inflammation down as my eyes were very red. She also listened to what I thought the cause was and made some further suggestions. A great clinic, very friendly and also professional.

Excellent clear advice

It’s my 3rd visit and for something which is worrying I couldn’t feel more comfortable. It’s clear the service is somehow getting better with small things like using tape to cover my eye patch with a skin colour which is better for me mentally and removes some stress post op. Jane is always good and nothing is a surprise, being talked through everything just before it’s done really helps! I don’t really have any suggestions for improvement unless you want to link up with a taxi company to offer travel discounts and arranged pickups.
