Mrs Liz Saunders

Ms. Liz Knight is an accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapist registered in the British Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapists and is also a member of the British Psychological Society. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, she's able to provide high quality, evidence-based therapy to help people deal with a wide range of mental difficulties.

During her career, she's worked as CBT therapists in many different setting including the NHS and the Private Sector. Additionally, after completing a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology, she's also worked in Prison Service, Probation, Courts and Youth Justice. Throughout the years she's developed a specialist interest in drug and alcohol addictions, having worked in Community Drug and Alcohol Teams.

She's a highly qualified, registered CBT practitioner and adopts a collaborative approach to help people overcome their difficulties in a comfortable and confidential environment.
