Mr Vikas Malik is an ENT consultant with broad experience managing ENT problems in both adults and children. He prides himself on explaining any procedures or diagnoses properly to his patients and answering any queries and concerns they may have. Mr Malik qualified in 1997 from King George Medical University in India before undertaking three years of Masters in ENT Surgery followed by training as a senior registrar in otology and skull base surgery. In 2003, he moved to the UK and completed the UK ENT training in North West England and Cambridge. He has also gained the Thomas Wickham Jones Foundation visiting fellowship, the Ethicon visiting fellowship, the Karl Storz skull base fellowship and the Kenneth Bloor travelling fellowship.
He has been appointed as Honorary Professor at Institute of Medicine, University of Bolton.

I've had 2 operations with Dr malik he was excellent from start to finish

Doctor Malik was very direct and kind with me from the first minute! My partner is British, but my English is not great, nevertheless, he made me feel calm and comfortable with his patient manner, which allowed me to explain my problem. As a hearing impaired person, I had a middle ear infection and I guessed it was due to improper cleaning by a private company. I asked the GP in vain to fix the root of the problem. Apart from giving me antibiotics, they refused to deal with me... and the problem still persisted! (Hissing, crackling sounds in the ears, pressure in my ears, piercing pains...) So after a long search and because of the good reviews, I chose this private doctor. I don't regret it! He removed safely the debris from the eardrum, which is otherwise very dangerous terrain. He did this so precisely and painlessly, wow! In addition, he gave countless useful instructions for my future. If you have any concerns about your ears, don't hesitate to choose Dr Vikas Malik.

Mr Malik provided me with the best care when I was in so much pain whilst also pregnant. I am forever grateful as if it wasn’t for him I do believe I would still have the problem with my ear what my GP couldn’t solve.
