I have waited to write a review till the end of my treatment which was in November 2025 when I had a multi focal lens in my left eye by Mr Wevill Mr weevils’s expertise professionalism and care were exemplary.you could not ask for more, the aftercare and nursing team were excellent I can now read , put make up on, see my meals all without glasses , I was a little apprehensive at first with driving at night as I was getting lots of rays of light from cars and streetlights but Mr Wevill assured me this would settle after having some laser surgery to remove a film over the lens which can happen after lens replacement surgery, the rays are now gone I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Wevill and his team and will be back soon to have my other eye done

If you’re on the fence about laser eye surgery, don’t be — with Mr Wevill, you’re in safe hands. From the very beginning, the care I received was nothing short of amazing. Mr Wevill and his team were incredibly supportive throughout, both before and after the procedure. I had a lot of concerns going in, but he took the time to address every single one, putting me completely at ease from day one. The procedure itself was quick and completely pain-free, which was a huge relief. I was genuinely surprised by how fast the recovery was — I was back behind the wheel the very next day, and within a week everything felt back to normal (just without the glasses!). What really stood out to me, though, was Mr Wevill himself. In my eyes, he’s not only an outstanding professional but also a genuinely kind and down-to-earth person — a thoroughly nice bloke to boot. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I recently had lasek, and it was a really smooth experience from start to finish. Everything was explained perfectly throughout, making it calm and worry free. Highly recommend!!

I was quite nervous about getting laser eye surgery, but Mark was so kind and reassuring from the start. He really put me at ease and took the time to explain all of the options clearly, which helped me feel much more comfortable and confident in going ahead with LASEK. The procedure itself was quick and less painful than I thought it would be. I was in and out of the operating room in about 15 minutes. Afterwards, I was given a bag full of aftercare items, and Mark carefully talked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect and what I needed to do. I also really appreciated him giving me a call later that evening after the procedure to check in on how I was doing. That extra care meant a lot and made me feel really well looked after. I’m grateful for how supportive, professional and caring Mark was throughout the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone considering laser eye surgery.

Mark was superb. He explained everything clearly during the consultation. He was good at keeping you at ease during the surgery. And he did call in the evening after the surgery to make sure everything was okay. The surgery was NOT painful - they took the necessary steps to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
