Mr Shukla clearly explained options open to me moving ahead, and identified an additional issue which he could help resolve
Both myself and my late wife have used Mr Shukla’s services over the past ten years. He is a delightful person to deal with and I have total confidence in him and any advice he may offer.
Mr Shukla was very friendly and extremely helpful in putting my mind at ease about my knee. He speaks from experience and gave me the right kind of advice I was looking for. He recommended the right course of recovery based on my scans and symptoms, and did not jump straight to the option of surgery. Thank you Mr.Shukla!
It was a leisure to see Mr Shula who explained that an injection woud not help to free my hand and recommended hand therapy.
Without any difficulty my appointment was recognised, and the wait to be seen was not long. I felt listened to carefully and following examination was offered an immediate x-ray. Returning to Mr. Shukla, the x-ray results were carefully explained and three possible courses of action set out. I asked for time to think about the options which was readily accepted.
I was seen 15 minutes before my appointment time. After asking about my symptoms, reviewing my MRI results and examining me, he explained very clearly, why I am having issues with my shoulder. He then provided information about my two potential treatment options and recommendations for his preferred treatment to give the best outcomes, with a clear rationale for both. As a result, I have full confidence in Mr Shukla's recommendations. His approach was professional but empathetic. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Shukla .
Mr Shukla is very professional and reassuring from the outset and rapidly establishes confidence in his abilities
I went to see Mr Shukla regarding problems with a previous knee replacement that i am experiencing problems with. I found him to be very polite efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend him to other people.
