Quick diagnosis and reassuring!
very good doctor
Professional, informative, sensitive and knowledgeable.
I am very glad for the day I first contacted Andrew Ballaro. My original urologist retired last year and I am afraid I found his nominated successor to be an absolute disaster at people-skills. In search of a replacement, I literally.picked Mr. Ballaro's name off a list of urologists at my local private hospital and arranged a date, to find I had struck gold! I cannot recommend him highly enough to any one requiring his services.
I went to see Mr Ballaro for kidney stones, once he made all the necessary checks, he found a stone in my ureter near my bladder, and agreed to operate as soon as the next day which was outstanding, (because I was going away on holiday.) he made me feel very comfortable. Post-op I experienced some discomfort, so called the hospital and Mr Ballaro called me back as soon as he could, which was very comforting. I would highly recommend him.
I have been under the care of this exceptional Consultant Urologist for the last few months. His immediate and reassuring treatment and diagnosis of my medical problems "down below" put me at complete ease.Surgery (Turp) a few weeks later has produced for me fantastic and life-changing results due no doubt to his highly experienced surgical skills. He is also a really nice man to deal with who explains everything clearly and in easily understandable terms.Without hesitation I recommend Andrew for any urological concerns ,problems or surgery.
I have been treated by Mr. Ballero for the past 6 years. He is an extremely competent, kind, helpful, and friendly and caring person. He is very professional in his manner and I cannot speak too highly of him and of the treatment that he has afforded me. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Recently had a large kidney stone removed by Mr Ballaro. Had a very smooth and calm experience, no pain, minimal discomfort, first class result (procedure actually sorted out an abdominal pain that had been investigated by a various consultants) and excellent follow up, right up to discharge. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment, from initial consultation to final discharge.
Mr Ballaro removed a stubborn Kidney stone for me early February 2017. I found him most helpful, informative and attentive. The Operation was quick, smooth and I was amazed at the recovery time. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ballaro or to seek his help again. Alan Mower
I would recommend Mr. Andrew Ballaro without hesitation. His diagnoses and very clear explanations of available treatment, delivered in a calm, reassuring and professional manner, helped me through a very serious illness. I can't thank him enough!
I was recently referred to Mr Ballaro following a high PSA level reading. He acted quickly in his diagnosis and carried out various tests including further blood tests, MRI scan and a biopsy. The biopsy was executed with great care and precision. On discussing the results of the biopsy his recommendation led us to another excellent surgeon at The Royal Marsden. Overall I was very pleased with the service and guidance I received whilst under Mr Ballaro's care.
I met Mr Ballaro the day after telephoning to make an appointment. After a couple of weeks of tests I had an operation to remove cancerous tumours from my bladder. Mr Ballaro I have no doubt has saved my life and from the bottom of my heart I cannot thank him enough. From the moment I met him I had complete confidence in his ability. He is extremely professional, has an amazing talent and I had complete faith in him. I cannot fault my experience in any way and am so pleased to have found this exceptional man.
