Mr has been very helpful with my voice and larynx problems. When dissatisfied with my initial laryngoscopy he pulled out all the stops to repeat the test again before my imminent holiday. Doing so gave a clearer picture of my problem and meant I avoided a full anaesthetic and biopsy I find his explanation of diagnosis and treatment excellent

I recently attended an ENT appointment with my child, who had been pulling at their ears, banging their head and appearing increasingly unsettled. An audiology assessment showed flat tympanograms, suggesting likely glue ear. We were initially advised to watch and wait, but as my child became very unsettled, we returned sooner for a review. The tympanograms remained flat, so we were referred to another doctor to discuss the possibility of grommet insertion. The doctor was very efficient, friendly and easy to talk to. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address my worries, which made me feel reassured and well supported throughout the appointment.

Really lovely consultant. Put me very much at ease. Explained everything clearly but most of all he actually listened
