I was a bit disappointed Dr T Pearson was very good explained very clearly the procedure if I was to have it done , but when I went to receptionist to fill the forms in my date of birth was wrong also wrong doctors surgery, when I saw Mr Pearson he said that he hadn’t received my scan results so he couldn’t tell me anything , so I feel I paid £230 and still dont know anything if it is gall stones that’s causing my discomfort or not .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused by your visit. We’re pleased to hear that the explanation you received was good, but we’re concerned to hear about the incorrect personal details on the forms and that your scan results were not available at the time of your appointment. That is not the standard we aim to provide—especially at a consultation and were expecting clear answers. We would like to rectify this as quickly as possible. If you could contact our team directly (or send us a private message) we will ensure your previous results have obtained and reviewed, and arrange a follow-up discussion so you can get the clarity you should have received. Again, we’re very sorry, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
