I cannot tell you what a refreshing experience I had with Mr Cockshott. He listened, he showed empathy and was really personable. I’m over the moon!
All help and advice received from Mr Cockshott was first class, very, very competent and professional. I was very relaxed and content to be dealt with by someone like him.
The first time I've felt like a human being rather than an inconvenience. First time ever using Nuffield for surgery. I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the staff and operation. But the real pleasure was being spoken to like a human being, being shown respect and kindness and with decency. Which is not something I can say for my usual interactions with medical professionals with the NHS. In particular Mr Cockshott was excellent in all aspects; communication, knowledge, skill and demeanour. The nurse that looked after me post OP was also excellent but unfortunately I forget her name, I believe she was Spanish or French. This experience has actually made me look at taking out a private health insurance plan for myself and my family and I intend to sign up very soon. Thank you to all staff at Nuffield especially Mr Cockshott. Aaron R.
I came to Nuffield to see Mr Cockshutt after my recent knee operation. He clearly told me what I needed to do and the progress that he was pleased with. He has a good manner and is very professional. I have been very pleased with the process! Thank you.
Fabulous visit yet again. On time and completely put at ease.
