Mr Connell was so kind and understanding. It is clear that he has a strong commitment to delivering the best for his patients and keen to reassure and follow up post surgery. His explanations are straightforward and clear. He has a calm bedside manner and is easy to get on with. I felt he would follow up and act upon any issues that may arise.

We were having some lovely chats even on the walk to theatre.
