Mr Laycock was quick to diagnose my problem following a few unsuccessful attempts through the NHS. He fully explained the procedure and reassured me of the best approach to ensure quick recovery and no scarring. Two months later the procedure took place and it was over very quickly. Within weeks everything healed up. Wish I did this sooner!

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Mr. Laycock, and I cannot thank him enough for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked into his clinic, I felt at ease. Very professional but personable and really friendly as well. Greatly reassuring and always willing to answer any questions or explain anything. Mr Laycock’s team were also great and made the procedure as comfortable as it could be.

As a hard person to please, I can not emphasise enough how amazing Mr Laycock is. I visited pinewoods for 2 sessions of C02 laser on my face and neck area and results are outstanding! The aftercare is second to none and Mr Laycock was available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Mr Laycock

If i could give Mr Laycock a 6 star review, it would probably be the only thing to do his work justice!! I previously had rhinoplasty with another surgeon 11 years ago. This surgery did not go very well, and not only left my nose looking worse than before the surgery, but also with breathing issues in my left nasal passage. I went back to the surgeon countless times, and the service i got was awful with them only saying they didnt see what the problems were. Following countless failed attempts with this surgeon, i decided to go for a consultation with another surgeon to see if they could fix the problems…. Where they said that not only they couldnt fix it, but that in fact it could never be fixed and would collapse if it was opened up again for surgery! This all led me to one last attempt and i booked an consultation with Mr Laycock. From the very first moment i walked into the room, Mr Laycock made me feel at complete ease at a time when i was obviously very nervous! On inspection of my nose, and to my delight that i heard words that i never thought id hear, he said he would be able to help me!! Leading up to my surgery and on the morning of my operation, Mr Laycock and his team were amazing and made me feel very safe and at ease. The operation went better than i could ever imagine, not only did Mr Laycock make the appearance absolutely perfect, but my breathing problems have gone and i feel soo happy i almost cry every time i look in the mirror, he has done something i never thought could happen!
