Everyone I encountered at my recent appointment were friendly and professional. The atmosphere on entering is calm and relaxed but with the overall feeling that everyone knows what they are doing.

Professional and confident staff who explained in easy to follow stages the procedure and after care.

I was more confident as this was the second eye and this made the procedure very straightforward. Mr Edmeades was patient, communicative and filled me with confidence and I am delighted with the outcome.

I thought the experience was very good however I would suggest because of retention that more questions about how to do the after-care is written down because though we are told at the time after the operation I found that it wasn’t till the next day that I could take it all in so it is that delay I think it’s called Hospital Brain that 1 needs something to refer back to

10/10 from my first visit, right up to surgery. I was in and out and home within one hour. Dr Edmeades and team, were very professional and friendle. They put me at ease. I have to have my other eye operated on, and i am looking forward to my next visit. So happy , that I can see again. Thank you so much.

The Doctor met and spoke to me before the operation and I felt reassured he was confident with his skills to resolve my cataract problem. I felt happy with the other staff who also cared for me. I found the appointment enjoyable because it was good to improve my vision and know I was in safe hands with the surgeon.
