About Mr Nicholas Downing

Mr Downing is a Consultant Hand and Orthopaedic Surgeon. He has completed his general orthopaedic training and undertook specialist head surgery fellowships. He undertakes all aspects of hand and wrist surgery including surgery of the peripheral nerves. Areas of special clinical interest include hand and wrist trauma and the reconstruction of complex distal radius fractures. His research interests include aspects of the management of scaphoid and distal radius fractures.
