About Mr Mohammad Faisal
Mr Mohammad Faisal is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 30 years of clinical practice, specialising in hip and knee surgery. He is known for his expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques designed to reduce tissue damage and support faster recovery for patients. Mr Faisal currently practises at Dr ST Medical and Aesthetic Clinic, Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital, and The Meriden Hospital.
He graduated with his MB BS from Aligarh Muslim University in 1992 and completed a Master of Surgery (MS) in Orthopaedics at J.N. Medical College, Aligarh the same year. He further strengthened his clinical training with an MSc in Trauma from the University of Birmingham in 1999.
- To refine his subspecialist skills, Mr Faisal completed a one-year fellowship in hip and knee arthroplasty in the UK, alongside additional fellowships at internationally recognised centres including Vancouver General Hospital in Canada and the Mayo Clinic in the USA.
His clinical services include minimally invasive hip replacement using the SUPERPATH technique, primary and revision hip replacement, knee replacement, custom knee replacement (CONFORMIS), and robotic-assisted knee and Hip replacement, offering personalised, advanced orthopaedic care.

I had super path total hip replacement and I didn’t experience any pain after surgery just a little discomfort. I had hardly any bruising or swelling . I am amazed how well everything went through. I am now just under six weeks post op and walking without any aid and cycling.. I am healing well thanks to Mr Faisal’s great skill.
I have now had both hips replaced by Mr Faisal using the superpath method and would recommend this procedure. Recovery time is so much quicker.

I had a total left hip replacement in early June following a total right hip replacement just before xmas 2025. Both experiences were good, everything was explained really well, therefore both surgeries and recovery were what I expected. Mr Faisal did everythjng he said he would, he was very calm and explained everything clearly, which inturn gave me confidence going forward.
After reading his excellent reviews, I chose Mr. Faisal at the Meriden Hospital for my total knee replacement—and I am absolutely delighted I did. From the start, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He took the time to explain the different types of knee replacements and advised on the perfect option for me - a Conformist knee. On the day of the operation, Mr. Faisal and his team were efficient, reassuring, and deeply caring. The nursing staff at the Meriden were wonderful and worked so hard to look after me. I had plenty of questions, but Mr. Faisal never made me feel rushed; he took the time to answer each one and completely put my mind at ease. Mr. Faisal is an approachable, highly skilled surgeon whose genuine care for his patients shines through. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
