Brilliant. Knew my problem inside out. A tricky operation he described it as, he managed to perform the operation impeccably, and was able to provide a good explanation on it following g this. I look forward to the follow up

I saw Mr Sinisi because of ongoing neuropathic pain in my neck and shoulder caused by radiotherapy treatment that I had a couple of years ago. Various other consultants had told me that there was no further treatment available, and they were unable to do anything more. Mr Sinisi very quickly diagnosed a compressed spinal accessory nerve and the pain that I had for so long disappeared after surgery to decompress the nerve. Mr Sinisi is extremely personable and professional in his work and has a great sense of humour that will put any patient at ease, and I would most definitely recommend him.

I went to the Wellington to have a schwanoma on my ulnar nerve removed. I was very nervous about the operation as it was my right arm and I was concerned about losing function in my right hand. The tumour had doubled in size over three years and was causing me a fair bit of pain (pins and needles in my hand, and increasingly over the last 12 months sharp stabbing pains at regular intervals in my palm). The staff were very reassuring and I was well briefed by the surgeon (Mr Sinisi) and his team prior to the operation. When I woke after the operation I wasn't in any pain and it was incredible to be free of the pain I had experienced prior to the operation. I was expecting some post-operative pain or discomfort as the norm, but there was nothing - I remain pain free writing this more than 24 hours later, a real tribute to the quality of the surgeon and his team. I feel I have had a really excellent level of treatment for which I am exceptionally grateful. Would definitely recommend.
