Mr Mark Sullivan

Mr Mark Sullivan is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Oxford. He became the Clinical Director of the Renal, Transplant, and Urology Directorate at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2014. He specialises in renal surgery and has extensive experience in open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery, as well as vasectomy reversal.

Mr Sullivan graduated from University College London in 1989 and completed his surgical and urological training in Nottingham, Cambridge, London, and Oxford. He is an international authority on kidney cancer and a renowned UK surgeon who offers open, laparoscopic, and robotic treatment.

Together with David Cranston, he provides the renal autotransplantation service in Oxford, a nationally commissioned service that is only available in Oxford and has allowed a cohort of patients in the UK to have complex renal cancers excised from either one or both kidneys, avoiding dialysis in the majority of cases. Mr Sullivan is also a national expert on erectile dysfunction and is pleased to provide patients with specialised advice and management.
