I had implants placed by Mr Solomos 11 years ago, and they continued to look fantastic with no issues at all. After turning 50, I decided it was the right time to have them removed and undergo an uplift. I knew I wanted Mark to perform the surgery, as he had been exceptional previously and had done such an outstanding job with my implants. From start to finish, liaising with Christine, his PA, was both enjoyable and highly professional. The availability and flexibility of appointments—from the initial consultations through to surgery and post-operative check-ups—were excellent and very much centred around my needs. Mark’s team of nurses, anaesthetist, and other staff at the Cadogan Clinic were all warm, welcoming, and professional, which added to an already excellent experience. Mark himself is a truly brilliant surgeon who works absolute magic. He made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely listened throughout the entire process, allowing me to feel totally at ease and confident in his ability to achieve exactly the outcome I hoped for. I came to Mark for a revision breast augmentation after having some early and severe complications from my original surgery. Chrissy immediately helped me feel at ease, and Mark was able to immediately diagnose the issue and recommend an option to fix the issues. Absolute magician!! I went to mark asking for an uplift with implants, the procedure he carried out was a Bilateral Breast Reduction with Uplift and implants, I would have never have thought of having a reduction as I was not very big in the first place but one breast was bigger than the other so rather than just using one much bigger implant than the other he carried out a reduction first, no other surgeon had offered this in the consultations I had. As soon as I met Mark I knew he was the surgeon for me, and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I am now 3 months post op and could not be happier with my results. The recovery wasn’t too bad at all, I did have one stitch that wouldn’t dissolve, directly under my areola, I had to go to Mark for him to remove the stitch but that was my only complication. I would recommend Mark to anyone thinking of having surgery, he has given me a new confidence and lease of life!

I contemplated Breast Reduction Surgery for a while. My apprehension prevented me from doing anything about it. After a recommendation from a friend who had a different procedure with Mark my research began. I decided to go with Mark Solomos at The Cadogan Clinic in Chelsea, which is easily accessible in London. At Consultation Mark made me feel at ease immediately and confirmed that I was a suitable patient for Bilateral Breast Reduction with my current size , H, Cup.. He was professional, friendly and approachable, I didn’t hesitate to book myself in at the earliest opportunity as I was reassured. You will communicate with Christine his PA, she will answer all your queries. She will even respond on a Saturday & Sunday. I was very impressed with her efficiency. My surgery went according to plan. It was reassuring to see Mark when I came round and to hear that he was pleased with how everything went and the result. I had no side effects with the type of anaesthetic they use. Very soon afterwards I was allowed to go home, armed with pain killers. You will be expected to do some self care with wound management. Christine will recommend brands and sources to purchase. My follow up appointments were straight forward and punctual. Mark has a , no question is a silly question, policy. He is extremely knowledgable and everything he predicts which will happen is exactly so. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mark as your surgeon. It’s only a few months since my surgery and already loving my new look. I’ve lost just over a kg from each side so now a , DD, cup. I look slimmer too...
