Mr Gill was very professional, kind in his manner and understood that my condition was affecting my quality of life as an active older person. He was very clear with his explanations as to the surgery he recommended and answered any questions that I had. He put me at ease before the surgery and was very attentive after the surgery with his excellent bedside manner. I am now fully covered and getting back on with my busy life so overall I was very pleased with Mr Gill and his expertise. As an addition I was very well looked after at the hospital and the nursing staff were very caring.

Throughout the process I was kept informed as to what was going to happen, the work done was clearly of a high standard as my recovery was quick and easy. Could not recommend highly enough.

Dr Gill is a thoroughly professional individual who displays empathy and ensures you are full briefed on your condition including explaining the options available to the patient. Dr Gill goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are special notwithstanding he has probably performed the proposed procedure many many times. I was impressed when Dr Gill visited me in hospital the day of my procedure and stopped by twice to check on me the next day before I was released. Dr Gill exudes a most approachable demeanour and displays competency in an understated yet impressive manner. I trusted him completely and this certainly diminished the stress levels associated with the procedure.
