Mr D’Souza has always listened to my worries and explained things clearly. He has given 5* care from start to finish.
I was seen for an initial consultation then my procedure to remove two wisdom teeth. Mr D’Sousa was very patient in answering all my questions and helping to reassure me as I was anxious about having the procedure done. He was very clear about how the operation would take place and the time frames for healing.
I have seen Jacob three times - twice in clinic and once for an operation. Jacob was excellent at explaining my condition, the treatment for it and the possible after effects. The operation was a success and I did not have any of the possible after effects - showing what a top surgeon that Jacob is.
From the initial consultation through to my discharge with Mr D'Souza every part of the process was conducted very professionally. He was kind and patient explaining what the issue with my lip was, how it could be treated, outlining any potential issues that might occur, so I was very reassured about the treatment I received. I was able to choose my preferred hospital for the consultation and subsequent procedure.
I had a horizontally impacted wisdom tooth surgically extracted and I felt like I couldn’t have possibly been in better hands. Mr D’Souza listened to all of my concerns throughout the process and provided excellent follow up care. He’s a surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients.
