Communication throughout the process was prompt, clear, and reassuring. Mr. D’Souza explained every step of the procedure in detail, ensuring I felt thoroughly informed and confident at every stage. His level of individual patient care and attention to detail was exceptional. I cannot recommend Mr. Jacob D’Souza highly enough to anyone seeking top-tier clinical expertise paired with genuinely compassionate care.
Dr D'Souza was absolutely thorough and calming and was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood all processes and made sure it went really smoothly.
Mr D"Souza made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my appointment with him , he answered all my questions , I didn,t feel rushed and he gave me plenty of his time to explain my situation .
Mr D’Souza is an excellent Maxillo-Facial specialist, after 3 appointments with other MF specialists Mr D’Souza took the time to establish that my symptoms were distressing and extremely painful. He went above and beyond to admit me into hospital for biopsies and because of time constraints on my part tried his best to get results back quickly. Mr D’Souza has a genuine interest in you as a patient and your health, I would not hesitate to recommend him and his PA Selena they are an excellent team. I will always go to Mr D’Souza in the future if I have a need to do so.
I found Mr D’Souza to be a very friendly & kind, he explained all procedures very well. He put me at ease during surgery & carried out the procedure in a very professional manner.
My overall experience with Dr D’Souza was very pleasant and positive. I felt very welcomed and I was told all of the information clearly and what to expect before and after my procedure. If I had any concerns Dr D’Souza listened and was able to put my mind at ease!
