Back Pain

Neck Pain

Great experience at Yana Wellness. The staff are professional and welcoming. I had treatments for back pain as well as massage therapy, and both were excellent. Highly recommend.

Postoperative Rehabilitation

I received excellent professional service from Lee Culverhouse. He explained clearly what exercises, strengthening and stretching I needed to do. Answering my questions in a clear concise manner.
I arrived hobbling in on two crutches after a serious injury, terrified I might not walk again without crutches. With Lees guidance I was able to come off the crutches and walk unaided. I’m now walking normally again.
Thank you so much Lee.

Type 2 Diabetes

Completely faultless. Seen on time very professional as always

Physiotherapy

Only had an initial consultation but very pleased with the clean relaxed environment and friendly staff.

Giulia, the osteopath, is very knowledgeable and made a real difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and improve their wellbeing.

Great session with Shambhu. He understood how to treat my injury and advised on a proactive programme.

Lower Back Pain

Disc Injuries

I highly recommend Dr. Naval Mair for anyone struggling with back pain or injuries. When I first came to him, I was in severe pain, struggling mentally, and barely managing daily life. Thanks to IDD therapy, massage, and his treatment approach, my pain has improved so much that I’m sleeping properly again and able to carry out normal daily activities. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about his patients, which is rare to find these days. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and treats you with real compassion and attention. I’m incredibly thankful to him.
