Mr Naval Mair

I highly recommend Dr. Naval Mair for anyone struggling with back pain or injuries. When I first came to him, I was in severe pain, struggling mentally, and barely managing daily life. Thanks to IDD therapy, massage, and his treatment approach, my pain has improved so much that I’m sleeping properly again and able to carry out normal daily activities. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about his patients, which is rare to find these days. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and treats you with real compassion and attention. I’m incredibly thankful to him.

Dr Mair is an incredible man and practitioner. He has helped treat my chronic back pain, but also helped me understand how to work with my body to enable healing. Highly recommended!
