Mr David Chui

Dr David Chui is a highly esteemed Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in Reproductive Medicine at The Agora Clinic. He graduated in Medicine & Surgery from the University of Leicester Medical School in 1984. Dr Chui completed his training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in Leicester and Cardiff, earning him the title of a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a Member of the British Fertility Society.

Dr Chui's journey in reproductive medicine has spanned over 28 years, both in the United Kingdom and abroad. He has acquired extensive expertise and sub-specialty experience in the field, including valuable training in reproductive medicine under the guidance of esteemed professors, Professor Robert Shaw and Dr Sheila Walker in Cardiff. Additionally, he gained further research and clinical experience in assisted reproductive therapy, including IVF, during his two-year tenure as Assistant Professor at St Mary's Hospital, University of Hong Kong, under the mentorship of Professor PC Ho and Professor Ernest Ng.

As the Lead Clinician of the East Sussex NHS Fertility Service and a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, Dr Chui plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to his patients. He also possesses vast knowledge in managing various female hormone-related conditions that affect menstruation.

Dr Chui's exemplary leadership and medical prowess were showcased during his 17-year tenure as the Medical Director and 'Person Responsible' of the former Sussex Downs Fertility Centre at BMI The Esperance Hospital until 2020.
