Mr O’Sullivan has been my consultant for over 17 years and I couldn’t fault him. His expertise are second to none and he does everything he can to give his patients a fantastic quality of life with the treatment and aftercare he provides. I have been referred to other specialists who Mr O deems more qualified than him in certain areas however in my opinion, they may have more high tech equipment but they don’t have the knowledge of memory of his patients like he does.

Mr O’Sullivan was thorough and helpful on this my first visit to Arrowe audiology department. The tiniest criticism would be that he’s quietly spoken and a little difficult to hear…..or would that be my ‘cloth ears’?! ……hopefully he can help me with that 😁 Thank you.
