Mr Chris Wilson

Dr Christopher Wilson is a professor at Cardiff University and a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon at the University Hospital of Wales. He is a member of the Faculty for Sport and Exercise Medicine and a member of numerous professional organisations. Dr Wilson obtained his MBBS degree from University College London and did surgical training in Nottingham, Cardiff and Sydney (Australia).

Dr Wilson is particularly interested in surgery of the lower limb (knee surgery) and sports and trauma surgery. He is also Orthopaedic Surgeon to Cardiff City Football Club and Swansea City Football Club,as well as the Football association of Wales.He operated in a designated FIFA Centre of Excellence, has been surgeon to the WRU, Ospreys and Dragons , Weslh Netball, Welsh Judo, Welsh Institute for Sport
