Mr Atheer Ujam is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in London with over 20 years of clinical experience. He subsequently completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Barts School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2008. Mr Ujam specialises in oral and maxillofacial surgery, with expertise in facial deformity correction (orthognathic surgery), facial trauma, facial skin cancer, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery and salivary gland surgery. His practice also includes oral surgery procedures such as complex dental implant surgery, major bone grafting, full mouth rehabilitation, wisdom tooth removal, surgical exposure and removal of impacted canine teeth, and the management of oral soft tissue conditions. In addition, he performs cosmetic facial plastic surgery, including facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, liposuction and autologous fat transfer, as well as non-surgical aesthetic treatments using dermal fillers and botulinum toxin.

I first met Atheer following a long period of time being very upset about problems with a couple of back teeth. Two long experienced Orthodontists had given a depressing prognosis. I was then introduced to Atheer at the Abbey Dental Practice. He disagreed with the diagnosis and talked about the opportunities for fixing the problem - rather than the issues! I felt like I was walking on air when I left the room. I had the teeth replaced with 2 implants. I am a very nervous patient but the whole experience was great, and the results are perfect. Atheer is a very kind, clever and skilful surgeon. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I was fortunate to entrust myself to Dr. Atheer for facial reconstruction surgery following a car accident. I truly found an angel, a kind, calm, and passionate individual. He is an extremely professional doctor, with astonishing patience and perfectionism. I was blessed to have him as my doctor. No matter how fearful one might be of general anesthesia and the aesthetic outcomes, everything can be discussed with him; he has the ability to guarantee his work through exceptional results. I will never be able to thank him enough because I rediscover myself again after a long time when I look in the mirror.
