About Mr Adrian Simons
I have been a consultant in Wolverhampton since 2003. I treat all conditions affecting shoulders, elbows and hands. For me, surgery is almost never the first port of call. Almost all conditions can and should be treated with, for example injections and physiotherapy in the first instance. I only reccomend surgery if all conservative measures have failed, or are clearly not likely to work.
I carry out around 60 shoulder replacements per year, 5 elbow replacements per year, and around 80 shoulder arthroscopies. I also do numerous smaller cases in the elbow, wrist and hand.
