This was my 2nd time of meeting Dr. Fairs and on both occasions he instantly put me at ease. At no point did I feel rushed, even though I had a list of questions on my first visit! Prior to my procedures I was given a full & clear explanation of what to expect and was given clear guidance throughout both.
Mo has put my mind at rest. He told me what I should expect. And all about the procedure. Very pleasant manner.
As I have already said… this is the first Doctor I have EVER seen who actually listened to me and heard what I was saying, he knew how to help me, he made sure I understood all the medical terminology and explained everything clearly, we worked out a plan to help me. And today was my first procedure which was in a different class from any other procedure I have had prior to this, just outstanding, him and his surgical team were an actual team!! And they knew exactly how to work together so efficiently, am so grateful!!
