Dr Mansoor is highly professional. Her explanations are very clear and I always feel that I am in safe hands. I have learnt a lot about my own oral hygiene and the preventable measures that I can take into my own hands. This information has been invaluable and I am really grateful. That being said Dr Mansoor has carried out a number of treatments and her work is impeccable.I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dentist than with Dr Mansoor. She was the only dentist in 10 years to actively try to fix an issue with my jaw and went above and beyond in helping. I will see no other dentist from now on.

I have been visiting Dr Mansoor for all my dental treatments for almost 4 years now. She is very knowledgeable at her job, great at explaining exactly what needs to be done and very gentle in doing so. Whereas before I used to try and avoid going to dentist, I now schedule a regular visit with her for a check up every 6 months. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The immediate thing that stood out was rather than being directed to her room as per I was used to at dental surgeries, Dr Midhat would always come out to the reception say your name and escort you to her room. During this 2 second walk, she'd always greet me and ask how I was doing. It's not something I was used or even expected, so I considered it above and beyond her duties. Dr Midhat always explained any work she was carrying out and explained x-rays, she always did so without using medical jargon, which I appreciated as it showcased her priorities were servicing the patient and ensuring your trust. This was an unfamiliar exchange for me, I have grown accustomed to arrogant health professionals, who behave like they are doing you a favour, and have no time to explain things you of course will not understand without their degree; which is a more efficient way of doing their job I guess but makes for a very uncomfortable patient experience! I'd love if Dr Midhat's conduct was the medical profession norm, but unfortunately it is not! I just count myself self lucky I found her!

I’ve always felt apprehensive about coming to the dentist as a child since having braces. The several years I’ve visited Doctor Mansoor she’s always made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I’d never see anybody else. Her gentle hands and calming composure and voice have put me at ease for years.

Amazing dentist! Highly qualified, calm, provides a great service and makes you feel looked after. She puts in the extra effort and gives you all sorts of options.
