My visit today was organised and professional . I've left with a clear plan in place- I'm feeling optimistic.

Had to get surgery on one of my teeth. The whole process was explained to me and put me at ease. Plus it was a very quick procedure.

This is a superb practice and Dr Neesha Patel runs a highly professional team. The atmosphere in the clinic is comfortable and calm and I have the greatest respect for the dedication, knowledge and expertise demonstrated by Dr Patel and all her staff.

Although this has been a long process to get my condition under control Nisha has guided me through, put me at ease and ultimately saved me teeth

First class experience which resulted in immediate improved health. After 32 years of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis my dentist insisted that I visit a periodontist as he was concerned by the look of my gums. Despite no visible bleeding or bad breath, it turned out I had stage IV gum disease. A Google search suggested Dr Patel as her practice utilizes laser technology non-invasively to clean the gums. I had a preliminary consultation during which she pointed to my sinus being infected on my xray. The two dentists I’d seen had not pointed that out as they were concerned with looking at the teeth. So after the actual cleaning procedure, during which I was handled delicately and with excellent bedside manner, my mouth had laser treatment applied after detailed measurement of the gum recession (in order to gauge the treatment’s success against future measurement). I don’t know if the M.E. was entirely due to gum disease but I do know that the treatment made the M.E. stop. M.E. made me feel like I was coming down with the flu when it flared up, even when no cold developed. Thank you, Dr Neesha and colleagues, you restored me to life.

Dr Neesha is a great listener. Her examination was really detailed and she explained things very clearly but without patronising. She came up with a treatment plan which was thorough and tailor made for me rather than a generic package. There were a variety of payment options offered to spread the cost. Her plan for how to resolve my issue started to work very quickly after my first appointment with her team and has made a huge difference to my life and health.
