Her academic background includes undergraduate studies in Sports & Exercise Science, completed both in the UK and the USA on a sports scholarship as a cross-country and track runner. She furthered her education with a master's degree in Rehabilitation Science, specialising in musculoskeletal, massage, and spinal manipulation-specific modules, among others.
