About Dr Matthew Long
Dr Matthew Long is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, practising privately at The Lister Hospital, London. Dr Long leads the MASLD service at Guy’s and St Thomas’ and works closely with obesity and diabetes teams to deliver integrated care for patients with complex metabolic conditions. He is a JAG-accredited trainer in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, performing both upper and lower gastrointestinal procedures.
