Mr Martin Sparkes

Mr Martin Sparkes is a registered osteopath in Bath . He  treats patients of all ages( from 11 /12years old) and uses a wide range of gentle techniques to reduce inflammation, swelling  and pain to increase range of movement and ease muscle tightness/spasm.He is experienced in  joint manipulation where safe and appropriate.He gives advice , support and rehabilitation exercises so Patients can help with ,and improve their specific problems, with their age and overall health in mind.

Mr Sparkes treats a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal, peripheral and spinal/joint problems. As an ex Bath rugby player ,and 16 year  spell as Osteopath to Bath Rugby he is also very experienced in treating sports /activity /postural and work place repetitive strain injuries. He worked in a GP Surgery for 35 years as well as in his own Clinic with other complementary practitioners and worked in the RUH Pain Clinic for two years (1999-21) 

He has excellent contacts with local practitioners where further investigation /X Ray /Scan etc are needed.
