I qualified from UCLH in 2008 as a consultant radiologist with subspecialisation in nuclear medicine. My practice includes NHS and private patients at Kings College Hospital and the Wellington Hospital Hybrid Imaging and Therapy Unit (HCA Healthcare UK). I use Nuclear Medicine, X-ray, CT, MRI, and DEXA modalities, and have particular expertise in the application of hybrid SPECT/CT and PET/CT imaging technology to the assssment of musculoskeletal and cardiothoracic disease. I was part of the Wellington Hospital group that pioneered the introduction of musculoskeletal SPECT/CT into the private sector within Central London and have built up extensive experience of bone scan SPECT/CT in the peri-operative orthopeadic setting. A particular interest is the application of bone SPECT/CT to spinal imaging and I have lectured nationally and internationally on this subject for organisations such as the European Association of Nuclear Medicine and British Institute of Radiology. Currently I am developing FDG PET/CT as a tool for the assessment of myocardial inflammation, sarcoidosis and other systemic inflammatory disease. I have lectured on imaging of sarcoidosis nationally at the British Nuclear Medicine Society and have ongoing research interests in this subject.

Graduated 1998
I graduated from Nottingham Medical School in 1998 with an intercalated degree in physiology. After completing membership of the Royal College of Physicians I commenced radiology training on the UCLH program, became a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and joined the specialist register in 2008. In the past 12 years I have worked as a consultant at UCLH, Barts' , Royal Free and Whittington hospitals in North London. Currently I am a substantive NHS consultant at King's College Hospital and a member of the Hybrid Imaging group at the Wellington Hospital, part of the HCA group of hospitals in central London. I have lectured nationally and internationaly on the use of bone SPECT/CT in orthopaedic imaging. My Postgraduate Diploma in Nuclear Medicine was undertaken at King's College London and involved research into the application of FDG PET/CT for assessment of interstitial lung disease. Currently I lead the Cardiothoracic radiology team at King's and the imaging review for lung oncology and sarcoid MDTs. My professional memberships include the Royal College of Radiologists, Royal College of Physicians, British Nuclear Medicine Society, British Institute of Radiology and British Nuclear Cardiology Society.
